Cisco IP Communicator

Cisco IP Communicator is a Microsoft Windows-based soft phone application that delivers enhanced telephony support through personal computers. It is easy to deploy and includes some of the latest technology and advancements available for IP communications today. This application gives computers the functions of IP phones, enabling high-quality voice calls on the road, in the office, or from wherever users have access to the corporate network.



Cisco Unifed Video Advantage

This video telephony solution consists of Cisco Unified Video Advantage software and Cisco VT Camera II, a video telephony universal-serial-bus (USB) camera. You can make calls from your Cisco Unified IP phone using the familiar phone interface, and calls are displayed with video on your PC without pushing any button or clicking your mouse.



Cisco Unified CallConnectors

Simplify communications and facilitate collaboration with the easy-to-use interface of the Cisco Unified CallConnector suite. This family of products extends customer information with call control to the Microsoft Windows desktop, providing integration with popular customer relationship management (CRM) products, enterprise resource planning (ERP) Solutions, or Microsoft Outlook for more effective communications.

There are four versions of Cisco Unified CallConnector:
